| 摘 要： | 在废弃木材回收再利用的过程中,嵌在木材内部的铁钉和连接件等金属夹杂物容易损坏加工刀具,造成安全事故,直接危害操作人员的人身安全,为此研制了废弃木材金属夹杂物检测专用设备.介绍了该设备的结构、工作原理、主要技术参数以及系统设计.该检测机具有灵敏度高、检测尺寸大、响应速度快、抗干扰能力强等优点.

| Abstract: | In the waste wood recycling process,such metal inclusions stuck in the waste wood as iron nails and connectors can easily damage cutting tools,resulting in accidents and posing a threat to the personal safety of operators.As a result,the dedicated equipment for detecting the metallic inclusion in waste wood is developed.The equipment features high sensitivity,large detection size,fast response speed and strong anti-interference ability. |
