| 摘 要： | 利用RAPD标记对12只波尔山羊与唐山奶山羊的杂交二代羊肉用性能进行了研究。结果表明，波尔山羊杂交后代的基因组存在着丰富的多态性；在所筛选出的21种随机引物中，有8种引物11个多态标记表现出与肉用性能呈显著相关，即可以利用这些标记进行对肉用性能的选择。

| Abstract: | The random Amplified Polymorphic DNA(RAPD) of 12 upgrading offspring (F_2) of Boer goat and Tangshan dairy goat was studied using 21 arbitrary primers.The SPSS program was also used to analyze the correlation between RAPD markers and the meat performance of F_2.The results indicated that the genome of F_2 was rich in polymorphism. In the eight arbitrary primers,they had the significant correlation between 11 polymorphic markers and meat performance of F_2. |
