我国木工机械及人造板机械技术发展方向探讨

本文在总结了国际木工及人造板机械技术发展模式的基础上,提出了我国木工和人造板机械设计的发展方向。着重指出,应该发展家具产品批量加工生产线全套设备的设计与制造,研究开发建材工业新产品的生产线,进行有批量木工机械的数控化改造、高速智能宽带砂光和砂辊砂光设备的开发;要引进国外木工机械和人造板机械的先进技术和资金,进一步发展人造板生产线的生产规模和生产特色,研制人造板新品种;企业应和高校及科研机构密切合作攻关,在经济全球化的过程中共创辉煌。

Current Developing in the Woodworking and Wood-based Panel Machinery Industry in China

Wood machining equipment is the foundation of the furniture and panel manufacturing industries. This paper first describes the successful management practices in the woodworking and wood-based panel machinery industries in countries such as Italy, Germany and America. Secondly, it discusses the ways for domestic manufacturers to accelerate development and increase productivity by applying numerical control technology to accomplish automatic production. Finally, it points out that obtaining financing and advanced technologies from other countries, and cooperating with research institutions, are shortcuts for rapidly raising the level of our Chinese woodworking and wood-based panel machinery manufacturing industries.
