我国蔬菜重金属污染现状及对策

蔬菜的安全性问题直接关系到人民的身体健康。重金属是其中较为突出的一个问题,铅、砷、汞、镉、锡等有毒重金属通过各种途径污染蔬菜,沿食物链进入人体后,给人体健康带来严重危害。本文综述了几种重金属对蔬菜的污染及其来源、危害及预防,以提高人们的食品安全意识,加强环境保护,维护人体健康。

Current Status and Prevented Measures of Heavy Metal Pollution of Vegetable

The safety of vegetables directly effects people＇s health. And heavy metal pollution is one of the typical aspects.heavy metals of Pb,As,Hg,Cd ,Sn, etc.pollute vegetables through many kinds of ways, cause great harm to people＇ s health through food chain, this thesis mainly formulated the pollution, source and hazard of several heavy metals on vegetables and also articulated the measures how to prevent, in order to enhance the sense of food safety of people and made people pay more attention to environment protection to keep their health.
