盐胁迫对晚松生理特性的影响

摘    要:以浓度为0(CK),50 mmol/L,100 mmol/L,200 mmol/L的NaC l溶液对晚松盆栽苗进行胁迫,测定分析了晚松针叶的相对含水量、质膜透性和脯氨酸含量的变化。结果表明:(1)相对含水量随盐分浓度的升高而降低;(2)晚松针叶的质膜系统能忍耐100 mmol/L以下的盐胁迫;(3)脯氨酸含量随盐分浓度的增加而增加。

Abstract:Pinus rigida grown in flowerpots containing soils were subjected to salinity(NaCl) treatments.Salinity level is 0 mmol/L(CK),50 mmol/L,100 mmol/L and 200 mmol/L and relative water content,membrane permeability and proline content of Pinus rigida's pine needles were determined.The results showed that,relative water content decreased as the salinity increased,while membrane permeability wasn't damaged at the salinity lower than 100 mmol/L,and proline content increased apparently with the salinity increased.
