紫色马铃薯陇薯03-01试管薯诱导体系的优化研究

摘    要:以紫色马铃薯03-01为材料,探讨了培养基诱导因子的不同组合、不同光照条件对试管苗生长和试管薯诱导的影响。结果表明:试管薯诱导最佳培养基为MS+100.0 g/L白砂糖,诱导微型薯的最适环境为光照2 000 Lx日光灯或遮荫太阳光,温度21~25℃。

Abstract:The purple potato 03-01 was used as tested materials. The effect of various inducers and its different combinations and different illumination on vitro potato plantlets and mierotuber induction in culture of purple potato was tested in the paper.The results showed that the optimizational medium for induction microtubers was MS +100.0 g/L sugar, The suitable environmental was the light intensity 2000lx or shade sunlight ,the temperature was 21~25℃.
