| 摘 要： | 选大棚栽培的2个早熟油桃品种超五月火和曙光进行胚培实验。结果表明:先带种皮胚培后再剥去种皮胚培的两步胚培方法,不用低温处理,即可获得高的胚培成株率。

Study on embryo culture technique for early- maturing nectarine in plastic greenhouse |

| Abstract: | Two early-maturing nectarine cultivars Super Mayfire and Shuguang planted in plastic greenhouse were selected for embryo culture The embryo culture technique included two steps, the first embryo with seed coat was cultured, then the embryo removed seed coat was recultured The result showed that this culture method without low temperature treatment could achieve higher rate of plant forming |
