| 摘 要： | 学科建设能构筑创新平台,有效地整合资源,培养人才,是基层农业科研单位科技创新的有效途径。文章分析了基层农业科研单位学科建设的必要性,指出了目前基层农业科研单位学科建设存在的问题,并针对问题提出了加强基层农业科研单位学科建设的有效途径,如优化学科、培养人才、加大投入、完善制度等,以期为促进区域农业发展提供借鉴。
