| 摘 要： | 采用冷冻法采集、保存马鹿粪便DNA样品,并将冷冻保存、乙醇浸泡保存和干燥后保存的样品进行DNA提取测试、比较分析。结果表明,采用冷冻保存法保存的马鹿粪便样品DNA提取的质量明显优于酒精浸泡和干燥保存方法,此方法采集和保存简单,试验省时、经济,可应用于寒冷地区冬季各种动物的粪便取样。

| Abstract: | Freezing-method was used to collect and preserve red deer faeces, and DNA extraction from red deer faecal samples preserved by three different methods (freezing method, ethanol preservation method, oven-dried preservation method) was tested and compared. Result showed that the extraction quality of freezing-method is better than that of the others. The sample collection and preservation for freezing method are simple, and much time and money can be saved. Therefore, it can be applied to faecal sampling of all kinds of animals in cold areas in winter. |
