| 摘 要： | 卵黄抗体(Egg yolk antibodies EYAB)是指卵黄中存在的抗体,也可称作卵黄免疫球蛋白(Egg yolk immunogbulins EYIg)。科学家在鸟类的血液循环中发现了三种免疫球蛋白,即IgG、IgA、IgM。较为特殊的是IgG会经由卵黄膜转移到卵黄中。卵黄中的IgG与哺乳动物的IgG相比,在分子量、疏水性、结合Fc受体等方面具有差异,故也将其称为免疫球蛋白Y(Immuno globulin YIgY)。免疫球蛋白作为动物体内重要的生理活性物质,在动物的营养代谢、生理调节、免疫功能发挥上具有重要的意义。
