摘    要:[目的]研究杂交稻种子的萌发与硝酸还原酶活性的关系。[方法]以杂交稻涪恢9801、中九A、中优9801、涪恢9303、宜香A、宜香9303、岗46A、R-725、多恢系1号为试验材料,研究其在萌发过程中硝酸还原酶活性的动态变化以及萌发率、萌发势与硝酸还原酶活性的关系。[结果]不同杂交稻种子硝酸还原酶活性变化的总体趋势是一致的。[结论]硝酸还原酶活性达到最大值之前,酶活性和种子萌发率、萌发势呈正相关。

Abstract:[Objective] The research aimed to study the relation between rice seed germination and nitrate reductase activity.[Method] The dynamic changes of nitratase activity and its relationships with germination percentage and germinating energy in rice seeds were investigated with Fuhui9801,ZhongjiuA,Zhongyiu9801,Fuhui9303,YixiangA,Yixiang9303,Duohuixi,Gang46A and R-725.[Result] It was found that there was a wholly consistent change in the nitratase activity of different rice.[Conclusion] There existed a positive correlation among the nitratase activity,germination percentage and germinating energy before the nitratase activity was highest.
