摘    要:[目的]研究野生灌木对干旱胁迫的适应性。[方法]以木豆和山毛豆两种野生灌木为试验材料,以正常浇水为对照,探讨了盆栽条件下干旱胁迫对2种野生灌木的影响。[结果]水分胁迫下,木豆和山毛豆的平均日失水率为0.626%和0.522%。山毛豆叶片相对电导率是对照的242.86%,木豆是对照的137.07%。木豆和山毛豆的丙二醛含量相对于对照分别增加了65.10%和69.10%。木豆的可溶性糖含量增幅最大,增加了3.85倍,而山毛豆增加了1.98倍。山毛豆的叶片游离脯氨酸在35 d时出现峰值,为对照的57.85倍。而木豆在28 d达到峰值,为对照的14.34倍。[结论]木豆的抗旱性强于山毛豆。

Abstract:[Objective] The research aimed to explore the adaptability of wild shrubs to drought stress.[Method] With pigeon pea and tephrosia as tested material and the normal irrigation as CK,the influence of drought stress on the wild shrubs in pots was investigated.[Result] Under drought the stress,the average daily water losing rate of pigeon pea and tephrosia was 0.626% and 0.522% resp.The relative conductance of tephrosia was 242.86% of CK,while pigeon pea was 137.07% of CK.The contents of MDA of pigeon pea and tephrosia were increased by 65.10% and 69.10% than CK resp.Compared with CK,the content of soluble sugar of pigeon pea was most in increasing amplitude,increasing by 3.85 times,and that of tephrosia increased 1.98 times;the dissociative proline content of tephrosia had a peak on 35 d,increasing by 57.85 times,while pigeon pea had a peak on 28 d,increasing by 14.34 times.[Conclusion] The drought resistance of pigeon pea was stronger than that of Tephrosia.
