摘    要:离开挤出模头的塑料异型材通过定型模来冷却定型,型材冷却过程的温度场是解决定型模各种问题的重要依据。通过分析型材冷却过程中的热传递方式,对计算模型、初始条件和边界条件进行了更符合生产实际的假设或赋值,利用ANSYS软件完成了塑料异型材在定型模内冷却过程的数值模拟。模拟结果表明型材主壁的温降、型材功能块区域的温降、内筋的温降依次减小,这对定型模的设计具有重要意义。

Abstract:Plastic profile produced by extrusion die is cooled down and calibrated by calibrating tool. The transient temperature field of cooling process of hot plastic profile is an important basis to solve some problems of calibrating tool. Based on the analysis of heat transfer during the cooling process, the calculation models are presented, hypotheses and evaluations about initial and boundary conditions are given those are nearer practical manufacturing, and then ANSYS is applied to simulate the cooling process of plastic profile stayed at calibrating tool. Results of the numerical simulations show that the temperature drops of the main-walls, the functional blocks and inner-ribs are reduced in the order of priority. These results can be used as the rules of design for cooling channels of the calibrating tool. All this is effective to the calibrating tool design.
