毒死蜱在4种大棚蔬菜上的残留动态研究

摘    要:为了制订毒死蜱在冬季大棚蔬菜上的安全使用标准,采用田间试验方法及MSPD-GC检测法研究了毒死蜱在番茄、菠菜、黄瓜和甘蓝4种蔬菜中的残留动态,结果表明,毒死蜱在番茄、菠菜、黄瓜和甘蓝中的降解符合一级动力学反应模式,其半衰期分别为8.14、11.05、8.36和11.78 d。

Abstract:To make standards for safe use of chlorpyrifos in 4 kinds of vegetables grown in greenhouse such as tomato,spinach,cucumber and cabbage,the field experiment was conducted to reveal the residue dynamics of chlorpyrifos in these vegetables,which was determined by MSPD-GC.The results showed that the degradation of chlorpyrifos was in accordance with the first-order reaction,and its half-lives in the 4 vegetables were 8.14,11.78,8.36 and 11.05 days respectively.
