摘    要:野生大豆是栽培大豆的近缘野生种,是大豆遗传改良的重要基因源。野生大豆的遗传多样性研究对野生大豆资源的收集、保存、保护和利用具有重要意义。本文从种质库资源的多样性,不同国家野生大豆资源的多样性,野生大豆种群的多样性和野生大豆种群间的遗传分化几个方面,总结了利用RAPD、AFLP和SSR等DNA分子标记技术对野生大豆资源和种群进行遗传多样性研究的进展。

Abstract:Wild soybean (Glycine soja) is the ancestor of cultivated soybean (Glycine max) and is an important gene pool for soybean genetic improvement.The evaluation of the genetic diversity of wild soybean is of great importance for the collection,preservation,conservation and utilization of wild soybean resources.This article reviewed the advances of using molecular markers,such as RAPD,AFLP and SSR markers,in evaluation the genetic diversity of wild soybean from 4 aspects,included the genetic diversity of wild soybean from the genebank,the genetic diversity of wild soybean from different countries,the genetic diversity of wild soybean populations,and the genetic differentiation between populations of wild soybean.
