北虫草新菌株选育及栽培技术研究

摘    要:摘要:采用细胞组织分离培养技术,选育高产优质北虫草新菌株,并对新菌株进行了培养基配方筛选和栽培技术研究。结果表明:可用于生产的新菌株菌丝见光之后转色快,由白色变浅橘黄色至深橘黄色, 菌丝粗壮、挺立,分生孢子呈念珠状;栽培配方以小麦或大米为原料,添加营养液产量高,生物转化率达70%以上;在培养基中添加淫羊藿等中草药能提高北虫草的营养成份,研究结果为进一步开发功能性北虫草提供理论依据和实用技术。

Abstract:Using tissue culture one species of high yield and good quality was selected; its culture medium and cultural methods were studied. The results indicated that of new species was better in yields and quality. The basic medium with rice or wheat added nutritious elements had more than 71% transform rate. Added some Chinese herbal medicines in cultural medium, such as Epimedium brevicornum Maxim, the nutritious compositions of Gordyceps militaris were increased.
