| Abstract: | According to the significance on industrial exploitation of fresh lotus seed and the present situation on processing technology and products home and aboard,the implementary proposal for industrialization exploitation of keeping~fresh lotus seed, quick-frozen lotus seed,extruded lotus seed and byproducts from lotus was discussed in this paper. |
