甲状腺激素对乌鸡生长和蛋白质能量沉积的影响

为了探讨甲状腺激素对乌鸡生长和蛋白质沉积的影响，选用1日龄雪峰乌鸡360只，随机分为2组，对照组喂基础日粮，试验组喂基础日粮加T3（3，5，3’－三碘甲腺原氨酸）0．1mg/kg。在试验期的2，4，6，8周龄分别对试鸡的生产性能、整鸡蛋白质、胸肌、腿肌蛋白质含量和能量进行测定。结果表明：2组间各阶段日增重无显著差异，相对生长率除在8周龄试验组显著低于对照组外，其他各阶段无显著差异。采食量和饲料效率2组间各阶段无显著差异，整鸡蛋白质沉积量，蛋白质沉积率，胸、腿肌蛋白质沉积量无显著差异，能量沉积量各阶段无显著差异。

The Influence of Thyroid Hormone on Growth and Protein and Energy Retention in Black-Bone Chickens

In order to explore the influence of thyroid hormone on growth and protein retention in black bone chickens,a total of 360 black bone chickens were randomly divided into two groups.The chickens of contrast was fed with basal diet and the chickens of the other group with basal diet plus 0 1 mg/kg T 3. Performance, deposition of protein and energy in the chickens, deposition of protein in the breast and the thigh muscles of chickens were examined at 2, 4, 6, and 8 weeks respectively. The results show that no significant effect can be found on the body weight gain( p >0 05) of all the chickens,and relative growth ratio of the T 3 treated group was significantly lower than that of the control group( p <0.05) only at the 8th week of age.Neither food intake nor feed efficiency influence significantly the growth of the two groups of chickens at all periods.Deposition of protein in the black bone chickens and deposition of protein in the breast and thigh muscles of chickens( p >0.05),vary slightly during the chickens' growth.
