摘    要:目的]探究钙浸种对植物耐低磷能力的影响。方法]以小麦种子(京-9428)为试验材料,研究了氯化钙浸种后小麦幼苗在磷胁迫下其保护酶活性及膜脂过氧化的不同变化情况。结果]经20 mmol/L的氯化钙浸种后,磷胁迫下小麦幼苗体内SOD、POD、CAT活性相对同组对照均显著升高;其电解质渗透率和丙二醛(MDA)的含量相对同组对照均显著降低。结论]20 mmol/L的氯化钙浸种可能提高了小麦幼苗的抗低磷胁迫能力。

Effect of the Wheat Seed Soaked with Calcium Solution on the Activity of Lipid Peroxidation and Protective Enzyme of Wheat Seedling under Phosphorus Stress

Abstract:Objective] The tolerance of the plant to low concentration of phosphorus under the calcium pretreatment was explored.Method] The wheat variety(Beijing-9428) seeds being taken as experimental material,the change of the activity of protective enzyme and lipid peroxidation of the wheat seedling under phosphorus stress,which were germinated based on the seeds soaked with calcium chloride,was studied.Result] The activity of SOD,POD and CAT was significantly increased and the electrolyte leakage and the content of malondialdehyde(MDA)were significantly lower in the wheat seedling under phosphorus stress,compared with these of the relatively same group,after the seeds were soaked with 20 mmol/L of calcium chloride.Conclusion] The wheat seed pretreated with 20 mmol/L of calcium chloride could improve the resistance of wheat seedling to low phosphorus stress.
