| 摘 要： | 随着唐山曹妃甸新区的开发建设,工业用水和生活用水急剧增加,势必造成区域内原本淡水资源就十分匮乏的严峻形势更加突出。详尽分析了该区域水资源的现状和供求关系,提出了海咸水淡化和发展集雨型农业等以开源节流为主旨的战略对策,以实现区域经济的持续发展。

| Abstract: | With the development and construction of Caofeidian new area, the industrial water and living water increased rapidly, which must cause severe situation of deficient fresh water resource become more prominent. The status of water resources in this area and the supply-demand relationship are analyzed. The strategic countermeasure of seawater desalination and developing the rain gathered agriculture for the purport of developing resources and reducing expenditure are put forward to realize the economic sustainale development. |
