京郊农机作业生产处于3种经济形态发展之中,这就决定了各个农机服务组织的性质和特点各异。其中,农机专业户最具市场潜力,将会成为京郊农机作业市场的主体。目前,北京市农机服务组织的发展还存在政策扶持不明确、组织化程度较低、机具设备配套不合理、从业人员年龄偏大、区域发展不协调和作业内容单一等问题,需要进一步加以规范、促进、扶持、引导其发展壮大。
