灌水器水力性能参数的计算方法

摘    要:在充分考虑灌水器流道边界条件以及各种微尺度因素影响的前提下,具体描述了灌水器的灌水均匀度、流道长度、流量、压力等主要水力学性能参数。应用流体力学的一般原理分析了灌水器微小流道中流体流态特征,并且利用N-S方程和灌水器的水头损失描述灌水器微内流场,并建立了微小流道中流体K-E紊流模型。对国内外现有的滴灌灌水器流道设计理论进行综述,为新的高性能、低成本灌水器的自主开发打下基础。

Abstract:Base on the full consideration on the effects of boundary conditions in emitter and all kinds of microscale factors,the major hydraulic performance parameters were described,such as irrigation equality,the length of current way,flux and pressure.The characteristics of liquid fluidstate in the microchannel of emitter were analyzed by applying the general principles of fluid mechanics.N-S(Navier-Stokes) equation and the water losing of emitter were used to describe the micro internal flowfield.And the fluid turbulent K-E model of the microchannel was established.Designing theories of current way in the emitter all over the world were summarized,which offered basis for the realization of low cost and high efficiency emitter.
