甜菜夜蛾雌性生殖系统结构、发育分级及在测报上的应用

摘    要:对甜菜夜蛾雌性生殖系统的解剖学结构、发育分级及在预测预报中的应用进行了研究。结果表明,甜菜夜蛾雌性生殖系统的基本构造与夜蛾科其它昆虫近似。雌性生殖系统发育可分为卵黄沉积期、成熟待产期、产卵盛期和产卵末期4个级别。室内试验发现3级比例与产卵量变化有极显著的相关性。田间调查发现当1级卵巢比例在50%左右时,大约3天后为发蛾高峰日;当3级卵巢比例在50%左右时,即产卵高峰日。因此,可以通过剖检甜菜夜蛾雌蛾的生殖系统发育进度来预测下代卵高峰期。

Abstract:The reproductive system of beet armyworm, Spodoptera exigua (Hübner), is basically similar to that of other noctuids. The developmental progress of female reproductive system can be divided into 4 grades (periods), namely, yolk sedimentary period, egg maturing (awaiting for laying) period, and peak and late oviparous periods. It was found in indoor test that there was close correlation between the ratio of the third developmental grade and the progress of its oviposition. As the ratio of 1st developmental grade attained to 50% or so, the peak date of moth number will occur three days later, while as that of 3rd grade attained to 50% or so, it should be the peak oviparous day. Consequently, it is capable to predict the peak oviparous period of next generation by detecting the developmental period of female reproductive system of the present generation.
