奶牛热应激评定及其营养调控

摘    要:奶牛热应激已成为限制我国南方奶业发展的瓶颈,已引起业内人士广泛关注。通过对奶牛产奶量、生理生化指标、内分泌指标、敏感蛋白和基因等奶牛热应激评定指标和营养调控的研究方面进行了综述,并提出研究展望,旨在为从事奶牛饲养与科研的工作者提供一个较全面的参考。

Abstract:Heat stress has become a key factor of limitation on dairy industry in the southern China,and received the insider's extensive attention.In order to provide a relatively comprehensive reference for cow raisers and researchers,this review summarized nutrition regulation and heat-stress evaluation from milk yield,physiological and biochemical indexes,endocrine indexes,sensitive proteins and genes,then proposed research prospects.
