| Abstract: | This article studied the problems in scientific and technological achievemants transformation of agricultural university and pointed out problems that influence scientific and technological achievemants transformation. It also pointed out in the current new situation, being the main carrier of scientific and technological achievemants transformation, how higher agricultural universities should make the transformation quickly carried out. |
