| 摘 要： | 简述了我国黄土高原的范围，地理位置，自然气候特征及防护林建设成就，根据研究资料，论述了以防护林为主体的林林植被姑水源涵养，水土保持，防风增产，改土培肥等诸多方面的功能，阐明了防护林在黄土高原生态环境建设和防灾减灾中的作用。

| Abstract: | The scope,geographic location,climatic features of Loess Plateau and its shelter-forest are introdued here.According to the data,the authors elaborate the function of shelter-forest on conserving soil and water,wind prevention,increasing yield,improving soil and the culture of fertilizer,and the role of shelter-forest on eco-environmental construction and disaster prevention. |
