| 摘 要： | 以望奎县正兰头村为研究对象，探索利用RS和GIS技术对新农村进行规划的技术方法。遥感源选用QUICKBIRD高空分辨率卫星数据，采用高精度的GPS实测地面控制点．对数据进行校正，将校正后的影像导入MAPGIS中，采用人机交互法解译，并建立土地利用数据库，根据土地利用现状图制作规划。结果表明，采用RS和GIS可以大大增加信息量．提高信息的准确性、现实性和工作效率，为新农村规划提供科学而准确的基础数据和专题分析，从而得到更有说服力的规划方案。

| Abstract: | Took Zhenglantou Village of Wangkui Town for example,the technology and method of the new rural planning with RS and the GIS technology were probed. The High-resolution satellite data -- QUICKBIRD was selected as the remote sense source,the data with the High-precision measured ground control point were corrected, then input the corrected images to MAPGIS and created the Land-use Database by interactive interpretation,finally,the plan could be made by the land-use planning map. The results showed that making plan with RS and GIS could increase the amount of information, enhance the accuracy of information, reality, and work efficiency, provide scientific basis and accurate data and analysis of the topic and find the more convincing plan for the new rural planning. |
