不同激素配比对碧桃离体快繁的影响

以碧桃的单芽茎段为试材,以MS培养基为基本培养基,研究了不同的激素浓度及配比对碧桃腋芽诱导、增殖和生根的影响,结果表明:碧桃腋芽诱导的最佳培养基为MS KT 0.5mg/L NAA 0.1 mg/L,在此培养基中碧桃腋芽诱导率可达93.3%,且生长良好;最佳增殖培养基为MS KT 0.3 mg/L NAA 0.08 mg/L,其增殖率可达75%,增殖系数为1.5;最佳的生根培养基为1/2 MS NAA 0.3 mg/L,生根率为50%。该研究结果可为生产提供一定的参考。

The Effect of Different Hormone on the Propagation in Vitro of Prunurs persica var.duplex

Took the shoot with single bud of Prunurs persica var.duplex as the experiment materials,MS as the basic medium,the effect of different hormone type and concentration on the propagation in vitro of Prunurs persica var.duplex was studied.The results showed that the best medium for axillary bud inducing of Prunurs persica var duplex was MS KT 0.5 mg/L NAA 0.1 mg/L,the inducing percentage got to 93.3%;the optimum medium for multiplication was MS KT 0.3 mg/L NAA 0.1 mg/L,and on the medium the multiplication ratio was 75%;the 1/2 MS with NAA0.3 mg/L was the best meduim for seedling rooting and the rootability was only 50%,so in the future the rooting research was impotant.
