摘    要:糯玉米和优质蛋白玉米都是优质食品和优质饲料来源。由于其优良的营养价值和食用价值,大部分糯玉米在亚洲地区被作为食物消费,优质蛋白玉米则主要作为饲料。但是,当前糯玉米和优质蛋白玉米的遗传育种因其狭窄的遗传种质基础而发展缓慢。为创造一种兼具糯玉米和优质蛋白玉米优良特性的玉米类型,并探索一条能同时拓宽糯玉米、优质蛋白玉米种质遗传基础的途径,以满足糯玉米、优质蛋白玉米育种和生产需要,通过以2个优质蛋白玉米自交系与4个糯玉米自交系杂交获得的4个杂交组合为基础材料,利用传统育种技术辅以SSR分子标记辅助选择技术,选育了18个优质蛋白糯玉米自交系,这些自交系大部分在氨基酸总含量、赖氨酸含量上都高于血缘亲本,并具有优良的抗病性、胚乳硬度和农艺性状。

Abstract:Both waxy corn and Quality Protein Maize (QPM) are high quality feed and food sources.Most of the waxy corn is consumed as food in Asia for its immense nutritional and edible value,while the QPM is consumed mainly for feed purpose.However,the developmental studies have been limited due to the narrow genetic background.The present study is aimed to create a new type of corn with advantages of both,the waxy corn as well as the QPM,and to develop a new approach to expand the genetic background of QPM and waxy corn germplasm in order to meet the demand of maize breeding and production.Eighteen stable waxy-QPM lines were developed from 6 crosses combined with 2 QPM and 4 waxy lines selected through SSR marker assisted selection.The total amino acid and lysine content of most lines were improved and most of the lines were found to be preferable in terms of disease resistances,endosperm hardness,agronomic traits and lysine content.
