| 摘 要： | 基于重庆市主城区自然及社会经济统计数据,利用SPSS软件,采用主成分分析法,对引起土地利用变化的驱动力进行分析。研究结果显示:人口增长、工业化和城镇化、人民生活水平等因素是引起主城区土地利用变化的主要驱动力,并提出土地可持续利用的建议。 |

| Abstract: | Based on the natural and social economic statistic data of Chongqing city,the primary factor analysis of SPSS was applied to analyze the driving factor leading to land use change and the conclusions included the industrialization and urbanization,population development and the raise of peoples' living level were main factor.Some suggestion of the sustainable development of the land was proposed for the solution of the existing problems in land use. |
