武汉城市圈土地资源优化配置研究

以武汉城市圈土地资源为研究对象,探讨武汉城市圈土地资源的优化配置。首先介绍了武汉城市圈的概况,然后分析了研究武汉城市圈土地资源优化配置的必要性,并提出了武汉城市圈土地资源优化配置的若干建议,最后提出了武汉城市圈土地资源优化配置的趋势,认为武汉城市圈土地资源优化配置应与土地资源的可持续利用相结合,使得优化后的土地资源最终能够实现社会、经济和生态效益的最大化。

Study on Optimal Allocation of Land Resource in Wuhan Metropolitan Areas

Taking the land resources of Wuhan metropolitan areas as studying object, this paper discussed the optimal allocation of land resource in Wuhan metropolitan areas. Firstly, an overview of Wuhan metropolitan areas was introduced, and then the necessity of the study on the optimal allocation of land resource in Wuhan metropolitan areas was analyzed and some propose on the optimal allocation of land resource were made. At last, this paper gave the trend of the optimal allocation of land resource, and think that the optimal allocation of land resource in Wuhan metropolitan areas should be combined with sustainable utilization of the land resources so as to maximize the benefits of the social, economic and ecological.
