| 摘 要： | 免疫学技术渗透到生命科学研究的各个领域，对整个生命科学的发展都起到了不可估量的推动作用。本文着重综述免疫学技术在农业领域的应用，特别对应用最广泛的酶联免疫吸附试验（ELISA）和高度敏感的免疫聚合酶链式反应（Immuno-PCR了较详细的介绍。
