乡村振兴背景下的农产品电商发展

自党的十九大提出实施乡村振兴战略以来，乡村振兴战略开篇布局，有序推进。内蒙古和林格尔县被商务部、财政部评为全国电子商务进农村综合示范县，电商成为其推进产业兴旺，实施乡村振兴战略的重要抓手。该文以和林格尔县为考察对象，通过对当地农产品电子商务的发展规模、经营模式和物流情况的深入调查，系统分析了其中存在的问题，最后提出了有效促进农产品电商健康快速发展的对策建议。 

Development of Agricultural Products E-commerce Under Background of Rural Revitalization

Since the 19th national congress of the communist party of China（CPC）puts forward implementation of the rural revitalization strategy，the strategy for rural revitalization has been launched in an orderly manner.Horinger county was rated as the national comprehensive demonstration county of rural e-commerce by the ministry of commerce and the ministry of finance.E-commerce has became an important starting point for its rural revitalization，significantly reducing transaction cost of agricultural products，improving trade efficiency and enhancing market competitiveness of local agricultural products.Current situation of agricultural e-commerce in Horinger county was surnmarized，development scale，operation mode，logistics and main problems of agricultural e-commerce in Helinger county were analyzed，and countermeasures to promote faster and better development of agricultural e-commerce in Horinger county were put fornard.
