| 摘 要： | 该文以我国农村土地流转的形式和存在的主要问题为切入点,通过分析四川省内江市农村土地流转和利用工作中所体现的土地流转形式的多样化、流转补偿标准的合理化、流转土地经营的产业化和政府监管行为的全程化等经验和启迪,提出以强化农村土地确权制度、规范农村土地流转交易平台和建立产业保护机制等为主的农村土地流转与利用工作改进方向。

| Abstract: | Based on forms and main problems of rural land transfer in China，the experiences of diversification of land transfer forms，rationalization of compensation standards，industrialization of land transfer management，and the whole process of government supervision in the work of rural land transfer and utilization in Neijiang city，Sichuan province were analyed.And improvement direction of rural land circulation and utilization in the future were put forward，such as strengthening system of confirming right of rural land，standardizing platform of rural land transfer and exchange，and establishing industrial protection mechanism. |
