重庆市水土保持研究进展与展望简

重庆市地处长江上游、三峡库区，由于自然和人为因素，区内水土流失严重。水土流失治理的好坏不仅关系重庆市经济社会的可持续发展，同时也影响着长江中下游地区的生态安全，特别是直接影响三峡工程的长久安全运行。国家和重庆市政府一直都比较重视重庆地区水土流失治理工作，对重庆市对多年来水土流失治理的成果进行了分析，认为重庆市在水土流失治理工作取得丰硕成果的同时仍然面临着巨大挑战。在十八大建设生态文明思想的指引下，重庆市应抓住机遇，从管理、政策、资金、科研等方面加大对水土流失治理的投入，以促进水土保持工作的进一步发展。

Progress and Prospect of Soil and Water Conservation in Chongqing City

Chongqing City is located in the upper of Yangtze River,where is the Three Gorges reservoir area.There is serious soil erosion in the region due to natural and man-made factors.The results of soil and water conservation is closely related to the economic and social sustainable development of Chongqing City,also it affects the ecological security of the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze river region,and has directly affected on the safe operation of the Three Gorges project over the long term.Central and local governments have always concerned the soil and water conservation work in Chongqing City.The soil and water conservation work which had been done in Chongqing was analyzed,there were also many works need to be done on the soil and water conservation in Chongqing City although there had achieved fruitful results.Under the guidance of ecological civilization put forward by the Eighteenth Congress of China, Chongqing City should seize the opportunity,increase the investment in soil and water conservation from the management, policy, funding and scientific research in order to promote the further development of soil and water conservation in Chongqing City.
