| 摘 要： | 在文献综述及环境污染现状分析的基础上,重点研究了城乡一体化建设中环境保护机制构建及其优化策略,对环境保护机制的管理机构及权限划分、运行准则及管理制度、运行方式及其选择、运行监督及信息反馈进行了深入研究,提出了优化城乡一体化建设中环境保护机制的策略。

| Abstract: | Based on literature reviews and the analysis of environmental pollution situation,this paper focused on the establishment of the environmental protection mechanism in urban and rural integrated construction,deeply researched its administration institution and purview division,operation standard and management system,operation mode and its selection,operation supervision and information feedback,and proposed its specific optimized strategies. |
