摘    要:目的]测定HrpZ激发对黄瓜、番茄和茄子3种防御酶活性的影响情况。方法]以盆栽黄瓜、番茄和茄子幼苗为材料,研究了15μg/ml的HrpZ激发黄瓜、番茄和茄子3种植株幼叶后,不同时间苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)、过氧化物酶(POD)、多酚氧化酶(PPO)3种防御酶活性的影响变化。结果]经HrpZ激发后,植株叶片中的3种防御酶活性均有不同程度的提高。HrpZ喷施黄瓜12、24和48 h后,PPO、PAL、POD活性相应比清水对照提高83.0%、54.1%和39.3%;HrpZ喷施番茄12、24和48 h后,POD、PPO、PAL活性相应比清水对照提高31.8%、44.6%和33.3%;HrpZ喷施茄子1和3 h,POD、PPO活性相应比清水对照提高228.4%和142.5%。结论]HrpZ能诱导植物PAL、POD、PPO的表达,从而诱导植物防御反应和系统获得抗性,增强植物的抗病性。

Effect of HrpZ Excitation on Activities of Defense-related Enzymes in Several plants
Abstract:Objective] The aim was to detect the effect of HrpZ excitation on the activities of 3 defense enzymes of Cucumis sativus,Lycopersicon esculentum and Solanum melongena.Method] With the seedlings of C.sativus,L.esculentum and S.melongena in pot as tested materials,the activity changes of 3 defense enzymes of phenylalanine ammonia lyase(PAL),peroxidase(POD),polyphenoloxidase(PPO) in different time were studied after the young leaves of the 3 plants of C.sativus,L.esculentum and S.melongena were excited by 15 μg/ml HrpZ.Result] The activities of the 3 defense enzymes in the plant leaves were all increased to a different degree after the plant leaves were excited by HrpZ.The activities of PPO,PAL and POD in C.sativus spayed by HrpZ for 12,24 and 48 h resp.were 83.0%,54.1% and 39.3% higher than that treated with water CK;the activities of POD,PPO and PAL in L.esculentum spayed by HrpZ for 12,24 and 48 h resp.were 31.8%,44.6% and 33.3% higher than that treated with water CK;the activities of POD and PPO in S.melongena spayed by HrpZ for 1 and 3 h resp.were 228.4% and 142.5% higher than that treated with water CK.Conclusion] HrpZ could induce the plant defense response and system to acquire resistance and enhance the resistance of plants by inducing the expression of PAL,POD and PPO in plants.
