把发展木本粮油作为方针性问题摆上日程

粮食安全是我国长期面临的战略问题。要不断提高粮食持续生产能力,解决我国粮食长治久安问题,新的希望在山,新的潜力在林。应该把大力发展木本粮油“当成一个方向和方针性的问题”摆上重要位置。这既是改善生态状况和增加粮食产量的双赢之举,又是满足国内外市场需求和调整农村产业结构的现实选择。但是,木本粮油还没有被特别注意,存在不少未解决的问题,需要从战略上采取措施推进木本粮油的发展。

The Development of Woody Grain and Oil Be Placed on the Agenda as a Strategic Matter

China is facing food security, which is a strategy in long-term develo pment. In order to improve the sustainable productivity of food and insure our l ong period of order and stability, the new hope is to rely mainly on mountains a nd forests. So the development of grain and oil must be placed on the agenda as an oriented and strategic matter. It can not only enhance the ecological status and increase the yield of food , but also meet the demands of national and inter national markets and adjust rural industrial structure. However, woody grain and oil has not been paid special attention yet. And there are several unsolved pro blems existing. The paper points out that it must strategically take measures to promote the development of woody grain and oil.
