| Abstract: | This paper introduced the technology to build the graduate design management system based on the web and short message server.The university teaching management was effectively improved by this graduate design management.Teachers and students can set the topic and select the theme,and the whole process can be monitored with this system.The system was proved feasible and effective in test and practice. |
