| 摘 要： | 金叶接骨木是一种极具观赏价值和发展潜力的城市绿化树种,本文研究了ABT-2号生根粉、吲哚丁酸(IBA)、萘乙酸(NAA)3种试剂对金叶接骨木扦插生根的影响,结果表明:100 mg.L-1的IBA和NAA处理4 h条件下,生根效果最好,平均生根率都在90%以上,生根类型以愈伤组织生根为主。

| Abstract: | Sambucus canadensis 'Aurea' is a kind of tree species for urban greening which has highly ornamental value and potential development. In this paper, the influences of three different growth regulators on S. canadensis 'Aurea'rooting cuttings were studied. The results showed that the rooting was the best after diping in 100 mg·L~(-1) of IBA and NAA for 4h withan average rooting rate above 90%.The type of rooting was mainly by way of callus. |
