番茄叶片厚度变化规律的比较解剖分析

摘    要:使用自行研制的叶片厚度测试仪,获得所监测番茄叶片厚度午间减小,早晨与傍晚增大的规律;从微观结构入手,分时段连续采集样品,制作石蜡切片进行比较解剖分析,寻找叶厚变化的原因。结果表明:从早到晚栅栏组织排列出现松散、紧密、松散的现象;海绵组织无明显的排列变化,但叶片厚度与海绵组织比例变化一致,即海绵组织体积直接影响了叶片厚度值。

Abstract:Using the instrument developed by ourselves,the diurnal changes of tomato's leaf thickness were acquired,which reduced around midday and increased in the morning as well as evening. In order to investigate the reason for this change,the comparison dissection analysis was carried on by the paraffin section with the samples Continuously collected at the same time interval. The results indicated that the palisade tissue presented a 'looseclose-loose' phenomenon from dawn to dusk. Although there was no obvious change in the arrangement of the spongy tissue, the change of leaf thickness was consistent with the proportion of spongy tissue ,which indicated that the spongy tissue's volume directly affected the value of leaf thickness.
