A Computer Program for Clone Arrangments in Seed Orchard

A computer program was developed to arrange ramets and clones in the seed orchard. The program was designed in such way that there was no common neighbour clones in the seed orchard. It maximized the distance between ramets of the same clone to reduce the possibility of inbreeding. As the number of clones (N) in the seed orchard, desired number of rows (N1), and the number of columns (N2) were given (N = Nl·N2), the program can be used for designs of all possible arrangements of clones and ramets, without Common neighbour.
