小天仙子组织培养研究

摘    要:为保护野生资源,实现人工栽培,以小天仙子嫩茎为材料,进行了愈伤组织的诱导与分化、试管苗的生根、移栽和定植的研究,建立起小天仙子嫩茎无性系。结果证明:MS+BA0.4mg/L+2,4-DI.2m/L+NAA0.4mg/L是嫩茎愈伤组织诱导培养和继代培养的理想培养基;MS+6一BAI.Omg/L+NAAO.1mg/L是愈伤组织块分化培养的理想培养基:1/3MS+NAAO.1mg/L+IAA0.5mg/L是生根培养和生根继代增殖培养理想培养基;定植的试管苗生长旺盛,保持了野生小天仙子的所有生物学性状。

Study on the Tissue Culture of Hyoscyamus Bohemicus Schmidt

Abstract:In order to protect wild resources and realize artificial cultivation, the tender stems of Hyoscyamus bohemicus were used as material to do the research on callus induction and differentiation, rooting and transplanting of tube seedlings, finally establish the clone of Hyoscyamus bohemicus. The results show that the optimum medium for callus induction and subculture is MS+BA0.4mg/L+2,4-D1.2mg/L+NAAO.4mg/.L.The optimum medium for callus differentiation is MS+6-BAI.Omg/L+NAAO.lmg/ L.1/3MS+NAA0.1mg/L+IAAO.Smg/L is the optimum medium for rooting and subculture.Colonization of plantlets grows vigorously and it in maintained for all biological traits which wild plant has.
