| 摘 要： | 1986年8月至1992年8月遗传咨询门诊病例6881例,对疑有染色体病的患者441例进行了染色体异常、淋巴细胞微核(MN)和姊妹染色体单体互换(SCE)的分析研究。结果异常核型74例,异常检出率为16.78%,其中属于常染色体数目异常者40例,结构异常者25例,性染色体异常者9例。

| Abstract: | From the august of 1986 to the august of 1992,there were 6881 cases of Ill-ness,in among which 441 cases were suspected to have the unusualness of chromosome andwere given a study on the MN and SCE.The results showed that the unusualness of atomsoccupies 74 cases,the percentage of accuracy of the discovering is 16.78%.The result alsoshowed that 40 cases belonged to the normal chromosome with the unusualness of number;While 25 cases belonged to the structural unusualness of chromosome.On the other hand,sexunusualness of chromosome takes up 9 cases. |
