| 摘 要： | 科技成果转化是促进科技与经济有机结合的关键,也是我国经济和科技体制改革要着力解决的一个十分重要的问题.本文在对湖南高校进行调查研究的基础上,分析了高校科技成果转化的现状及其转化率低的原因,从而提出建立一种新型的科技一经济活动模式,以促进科技成果的转化.
