摘    要:青贮接种剂目前广泛应用于制作青贮饲料,是促进乳酸发酵、提高饲料品质的重要措施之一.采用青贮复合菌剂制作玉米和苜蓿青贮饲料,并对其进行了感官和营养成分的测定,结果表明各项指标均优于对照,在粗蛋白、粗脂肪、粗纤维指标上差异极显著,无氮浸出物指标差异显著,其中粗蛋白增加了47.9;,粗纤维降低了13;,钙、磷含量均有所提高.

Abstract:Corn and alfalfa were ensiled after adding a compound inoculant bacteria to evaluate the effects of inoculant bacteria on organoleptic value and nutritional ingredient.The results indicated that the inoculant was necessary to improving the quality and nutrition value with extreme significant difference in crude protein,crude fat and crude fiber and significant difference in the extract of nitrogen-free.The crude protein content increased by 47.9%,the crude fiber content decreased by 13%,Ca and P content were higher than that of the control.
