摘    要:文章以处理后的松木屑为替代原料生产黑木耳,研究不同黑木耳菌株在松木屑培养基中的生长状况和产量表现。结果表明,供试的15个黑木耳菌株均可以在处理后的松木屑(自然堆积8个月)培养基上生长并产生子实体。根据各菌株的经济性状和产量,确定9809、延明1号、东A1和菊花3号4个菌株为适合在黑龙江省采用松木屑培养料栽培的菌株。

Abstract:Treated pine sawdust was as substrate to produce Auricularia auricular. Grouwth of Auricularia auricular in the sawdust and yield was studied. The results showed that the 15 tested strains of Auricularia auricular could grow and produc fruiting body in substrate of pine sawdust, which had been exposed to nature for 8 months. Based on the economic properties and yield of the tested strains, Juhua-3, 9809, EastA1, Yan-1 were recommended as candidates to be grown in substrate of pine sawdust in Heilongjiang Pr...
