松嫩草地主要豆科牧草种子硬实破除方法研究

摘    要:对松嫩草地3种豆科牧草种子硬实破除方法研究结果表明:因物种不同各种处理方法的效果也不同,用98%浓硫酸处理山野豌豆种子10min和扁蓿豆种子20min,可分别使发芽率由2%和14%提高到94%和82%,而兴安胡枝子种子的发芽率由8%提高到50%。热水处理方法破除种子硬实的效果不佳,赤霉素处理对种子的发芽率几乎无影响。由胚根长度的调查结果得出,除浓硫酸处理对山野豌豆种子胚根长有促进的趋势外,其余均表现为持平或降低的趋势。

Abstract:Studying on breaking way of three legume forage seeds in Songnen grassland,the results showed that the effects were different in species.Vicia amoena and Medicago ruthenica being kept in concentrated sulfuric acid(98%) for 10 min and 20min,their germination ratios increased from 2%and 14% to 94%and 82% respectively.But Lespedeza davurica increased only from 8% to 50%.The effect in hot water condition is indistinctive.Treatment with gibberellin nearly has no effect on the germination ratios.Radical length of Vicia amoena showed a tendency of steadiness or fall in other treatments.But treating with concentrated sulfuric acid can promote it.
