摘    要:以普通小麦叶片为实验材料,在原有双向电泳基础上通过对样品制备、样品溶解、等电聚焦电泳、SDS-聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳以及染色方法等关键步骤进行改进和优化,在小麦叶片可溶性蛋白的分析中获得了满意的双向电泳图谱。

Abstract:By using the lamina from Triticum aestivum as experimental material, a satisfied picture of two-D gel electrophoresis was obtained based on the analysis of its soluble protein through improving and optimizing the key procedures, such as sample preparation, sample dissolution, IEF electrophoresis, SDS-PAGE and dyeing routine. This research result will provide a foundation for primarily analyzing the protein in wheat and other plants.
