| Abstract: | This article analyzes the base idea,the main points,the distinguishing feature and the scope of the traffic planning theory.Further more,It puts out some attentions and solutions directing against the characteristic of the China traffic planning.Its object is to provide some references and directions which perfects the traffic planning theory to the China traffic planning. |
